Our trained technicians will start by inspecting your glass to assess the current damage. This allows us to fix all the damage during one job if possible. If the technician can repair the damaged glass, the repair process usually takes around 30 minutes; however, if the glass can’t be repaired, it must be replaced which usually takes about an hour.
Our technicians know how to handle a wide range of glass-related issues. Some chips and small cracks cannot be repaired because the structural integrity of the glass has already been compromised. Repairing glass in that state is unnecessary since natural flex and movement of the glass would cause it to eventually spread and break. In cases like that, we will have to replace the entire glass.
