How can I tell if my motor/regulator is bad?
If suddenly, your window will not roll down, but the rest do, it’s likely due to a failed motor, regulator, or window switch. It’s unlikely that this is caused by a fuse or power supply; however, our trained technicians will assess the problem and fix whatever caused it.

What parts should be replaced?
If our technicians find the cause of the issue is a bad motor or regulator, it is best to replace those as soon as possible to regain use of that window.
